On dirait plutôt l'immatriculation d'un téléphone de ligne, on voit aussi le haut du tube de support qui est coupé...

le "ç" est sur la touche 9 du clavier !
"c'est" = "cela est". Quand on écrit "ses", derrière on attend un objet possédé !!
donc "ses" ≠ "c'est" ≠ "ces"

à y réfléchir la localisation d'un passage de fibre optique mérite un panneau plus "moderne" que celui-là qui est émaillé.
